Yes — Keepa data is fetched using your own API key. You bring your existing Keepa subscription and enter the key in Settings. We never share or resell Keepa data.

Absolutely. The Owner can invite team members and assign them job-function roles — Sourcing, Warehouse, Accounting, Purchasing, Operations — or build fully custom permission sets with per-section read/write toggles. Each person logs in with their own credentials.

Your data is never deleted at the end of a trial. If you choose not to subscribe, your account is paused and your data is retained for 90 days so you can export or pick back up at any time.

Yes. The ASIN Vault supports bulk CSV import so you can bring your existing product catalog in one go. Purchase order import is on the roadmap for a future release.

S4 Central is a web app — it works in any modern browser on desktop or tablet, no download required. A dedicated mobile app is planned for a future release.

You log discounted gift cards against the supplier they're redeemable at. When a purchase order is placed with that supplier, you apply the card and S4 Central tracks the remaining balance, total savings, and which POs each card has been used on.

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — no cancellation fees, no annual lock-in unless you opt for the discounted annual billing.
